We would be pleased to welcome you in our EXCELLENT Restaurant, where you can taste the distinguished flavors of the Mediterranean kitchen in a different atmosphere.
A'la Carte reservations can be made daily between the stated hours at the Customers Relations desk at the lobby floor. Please make your A'La Carte reservations at least 2 days in advance.
Our A'La Carte Restaurants are closed once a week on themed nights.Open between 7 pm – 9.30 pm.Opening and closing hours can vary according seasonal conditions.

BEACH:
Our hotels' beach is at the service of our guests.Umbrellas and sunbeds are available and no special reservations need to be made. Taking glasses etc. to the pool and beach area is forbidden due to health and safety restrictions. Going beyond the swimming limits at the beach is dangerous and strictly forbidden.

In your room there is a tea – coffee set placed in your wardrobe. Coffee and tea packages are refilled daily. If not used please unplug the kettle.

ELECTRICITY:
Your rooms are working with an electrical current of 220 volts and 50 hertz. In our facilities, all the illuminations have energy saving lamps and child proof plugs. Please turn off the lights when not in use for sustainability.
EMERGENCY EXITS:
The fire and emergency exit door closest to your room is shown on the emergency exit map hanging inside your room door or on the wall next to your door. Please examine.

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. Use the fire exits by following the exit signs in emergency situations. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
All rooms in our facility are cleaned daily. If you wish your room to be cleaned, push the green button on the space where the energy card is inserted, if you don't want to be disturbed, push the red button. Your pillowcases and sheets are changed each day. Please help us in providing your security by keeping the balcony doors closed when you are not in your room.

Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge everywhere in the hotel. Please ask at the reception for the user password. There are also computers in the lobby where you can use the internet.

KEY CARD:
The room card, received at reception when checking in at our hotel, is also designed to activate the air conditioning and the whole electric system in your room.Insert the card in the opening “Energy-Saver” at the wall near the entry of your room. For your safety and sustainable living, please take the card with you when you leave the room. In case of losing your key card, a fee of €10 for a new card will be charged. One outdoor swimming pool and one child's pool are supervised at your service between 9 am – 6 pm.Outside these hours our pools are being chemically cleaned, using the pools may pose a risk for your health.Please pay attention to the pool rules at your location.You are requested not to make reservations by placing any towels or other items on the sun loungers around the pool. Towels left unattended by 8.30 am will collected by the pool a_endant.The opening of the pools may vary depending on seasonal conditions.
POOL AND BEACH TOWELS:
Please don't take the towels from your room to the beach and pool.Your beach towels will be in your room on the day of your arrival. Beach towels can be taken and changed for clean ones at certain hours at the Spa Center. You can change your towels once a day. We are grateful for your support to the responsibility and incentive work of our Environmental and Sustainability politics to minimize the consumption of chemicals,electricity and water by changing your towels less often.

ROOM-BATHROOM TOWELS:
For A More Livable Environment by Minimizing The Use Of Chemicals, Water and Energy:Please leave your towel on the floor if you want it to be changed. Leave the towel hanging if you want to reuse it.Thank you for your sensitivity to environmental protection.Please do not take your room towels to the pool area or the beach. The District General Hygiene Council convened on Monday, August 31 at 11:00 under the presidency of Marmaris District Governor Ertuğ Şevket AKSOY, composed of the members with the following names and signatures and the following decisions were taken.From the moment the Covid19 epidemic was seen, many precautionary decisions were taken and implemented in order to manage the risk of the epidemic in terms of public order, to ensure social isolation, to protect the physical distance and to wear a mask to keep the spread of the epidemic / contamination under control.In the period of controlled social life we are in, it is important to apply the general principles of cleaning, mask and distance, which are the general principles of combating the epidemic. In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (Covid19) epidemic, which was declared as a global epidemic by the World Health Organization;It has been evaluated that the tourists coming to our district do not show the necessary care about wearing masks, and this is due to lack of information.For this reason, the presence of cards reminding that "wearing a mask is mandatory and the penalty for not wearing a mask is 900 TL." It was decided unanimously.
Dear guest,it is mandatory to wear masks in all areas in Marmaris including open spaces.Failing to wear masks will be fined with 900 TL by the police.
